The 65th Republic Day of India, 26 January 2014

On the occasion of the 65th Republic Day of India, the anniversary celebrations to mark the adoption of the Constitution of India on January 26, 1950, H.E. Dinesh K. Patnaik, Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Cambodia, unfurled the Indian National Flag and read out the Address of Hon’ble President of India Shri Pranab Mukherjee at a ceremony organised at the Embassy Residence. Children from Missionaries of Charity Phnom Penh sang the National Anthem and patriotic songs along with the members of the Indian community. Over 125 people, including members of the Indian community and friends of India among Cambodian nationals, attended the function.
