Medal of Appreciation

On 23 January 2013, Dr J Bhoomikumar from India was presented a medal of appreciation by the Minister for Health, Dr Mam Bun Heng, for his work on adolescent mental health issues in the Kingdom, at the inauguration ceremony of the IBSA (India-Brazil-South Africa) Dialogue Forum funded project 'Comprehensive Services for Children with Special Needs' at the Chey Chumneas Referral Hospital in Ta Khmao.
