The Engineering Exports Promotion Council (EEPC), India which is a nodal body under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, is organizing Reverse Buyer Seller Meet at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai, India from 16th and 17th June 2023 during ACMEE EXPO 2023.

ACMEE is a world-renowned expo being organized at the Chennai Trade Centre, India,during June 15–19, 2023. The event will host over 500 exhibitors along with around 30,000 business visitors.

1) Complimentary 2 Nights Hotel stay (15 and 16 June 2023)
2) Overseas Buyer should check in on 15 June 2023 at Chennai
3) Overseas Buyer must be present at the venue of RBSM Chennai Trade Centre at 9.30 AM on
16 th and 17 th June for B2B matchmaking.
4) Partial Air Fare Reimbursement is made on production of the following copies; Passport,
Economy Air Ticket (Round Trip) showing the price and if the price is not mentioned on the
ticket, please provide the invoice or the payment evidence, B2B meetings confirmation, Visa
Immigration, Boarding Pass, International Covid Certificate.
5) Complimentary Airport pick up & drop shuttle service.

8) Hotel check in/out timings are usually 12 noon . Buyers should arrange tickets accordingly.
