OPEN HOUSE TO ADDRESS COMPLAINTS/GRIEVANCES RELATING TO
INDIAN PASSPORTS, VISA, OCI AND OTHER CONSULAR SERVICES

           

            The Embassy of India, Phnom Penh will hold an “Open House” every fortnight to address the grievances of the applicant on issues related to visas, passports, OCI cards and other consular services. The same will be held from 11 AM to 12 AM on the first Tuesday and 4 PM to 5 PM on the third Tuesday of every month at the Embassy premises. If these happen to fall on a holiday, the Open House will be held on the first working day thereafter. Complaints and grievances pertaining to grant of visas, passports and/or OCI cards will be attended to in the ‘Open House’. Applicants may come in person and bring all relevant documents including fee receipt, if consular fee has been paid.
