Celebrations of 4th International Day of Yoga

Sihanoukville (16 June 2018)

Fourth edition of International Yoga Day was observed on 16th June 2018 at Sokha Hotel in Sihanoukville. The event was attended by HE Heak Himolly, Deputy Governor of Preah Sihanouk Province, officials and representatives from Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Education, Youth & Sports of Kingdom of Cambodia. Hundreds of school children, volunteers of UYFC, locals and foreigners participated in the event enthusiastically. The chief guest in her speech highlighted importance of Yoga in daily life. The event was also covered by local media. Despite heavy rain and change of venue, large number of students and volunteers attended the event with great interest.
